We regret to inform you that based on the current situation and recent announcements by the Provincial government as well as other health officials, our Directors have made the difficult decision to cancel our July, 2020 summer camps. We are sorry that we won’t be able to enjoy educating and entertaining your children this year but we feel it is in the best interests of safety not to proceed. Families that were registered for either of our programs will receive a full refund. Online registrations will be credited back electronically. For those that sent in a cheque – they have not been deposited so please inform us if we can just shred the cheque or if you need it returned for your records.
Thank you very much for your support of our youth programs - we miss all of our young people! We are passionate about what we do, and the programs that we run; however, we have incredible respect for the messaging received from public health and the importance that social distancing plays in flattening the curve.
We look forward to brighter and safer days ahead when we can get back to the enjoyment of music and friendship!
